What we collect
- Contact details you give us — name, email address, phone number, company name and destination country.
- Enquiry content — the products, quantities and timing you describe when you contact us.
- Order and transaction records where you buy from us directly, including invoices and shipping documents.
- Technical data when you visit foni.ae — IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring page.
We do not collect payment card details on this website. Card payments made on Amazon.ae or Noon are handled by those platforms under their own policies.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote.
- To fulfil orders, arrange shipping and prepare customs and export documentation.
- To meet legal obligations, including UAE tax, customs and commercial record-keeping requirements.
- To improve the website and understand which pages are useful.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising by third parties.
Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary, and only with:
- Freight forwarders and couriers — to deliver goods to you.
- Customs authorities and banks — where required to clear or pay for a shipment.
- Marketplace operators — where you buy through Amazon.ae or Noon, those platforms handle your order data under their own terms.
- Government authorities — where we are legally required to do so.
International transfers
Where we ship internationally, your delivery details necessarily travel with the shipment to the destination country. We transfer only the data needed for the shipment to clear and arrive.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept for up to 24 months. Transaction and shipping records are kept for at least 5 years, as required by UAE commercial and tax law.
Your rights
Under UAE data protection law you may ask us to:
- Confirm what personal data we hold about you and provide a copy.
- Correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Delete data, where we are not required to retain it by law.
- Restrict or object to certain processing.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

foni.ae uses only what is needed to serve the page. If we add analytics or embedded content later, this policy will be updated before that happens.
Security
